  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. 
  1. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments to ensure delivery.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval of returned items.
  1. Exchanges:
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  1. Final Sale Items:
  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  1. Additional Notes:
  • Returns that do not meet our return policy criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in compliance with our policy.
